This policy explains how we choose topics, how we check and update our guides, how we handle corrections, and the rules every guide must follow.
How we choose topics
Topics are chosen based on real questions people commonly ask when trying to understand a status check process. We prioritise questions that come up often and where plain-language explanations are hard to find.
Fact-checking and updates
Each guide is researched from publicly available information, reviewed for clarity and accuracy before publication, and checked periodically so that outdated or incorrect information is updated promptly.
Corrections
If an error is identified in a guide, it is corrected as soon as possible once verified. Significant corrections are reflected by updating the guide's content so readers always see the most current version.
What we won't do
Our guides do not name specific brands, companies, organisations, or authorities, and they do not include outbound links. This keeps our content independent, general, and focused on explaining how processes commonly work rather than pointing to or representing any specific entity.
